The Islamic Countries Trade Fair is an annual event promoting trade and cooperation between 57 member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). It brings together professionals in the business community who share common values and is guided by Islamic principles. The 18th edition of the Fair will be held in Pakistan and feature renowned business leaders from both public and private sectors.

The 18thย  TFOIC is organized by a strong and experienced team of trade experts and government officials. The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, along with the Islamic Centre for Development of Trade and the Pakistan Government, is taking the lead in planning and executing this grand event. These organizers have a deep understanding of the needs and challenges facing businesses in the Islamic world, and are committed to providing a platform for trade promotion, cooperation and development. The objectives of the 18th Trade Fair of Islamic Countries are to promote economic and commercial partnerships between member countries, disseminate their economic potential, facilitate exchanges and investments, and market their products and services. The fair is open to OIC member states, OIC institutions, economic, public and private operators in Islamic countries, States as observers within the OIC. Also, non-member economic operators in Islamic communities and guests of honor – Saudi Arabia Turkey, Kazakhstan, Nigeria and Indonesia – are invited to participate.

REGISTRATION AGREEMENT

To reserve stands, exhibitors must complete and submit the request forms for registration and other services to the ICDT at the provided address and registration link. International exhibitors from OIC member states must apply on the prescribed application form and pay a participation fee, which will be remitted to TDAP by the ICDT.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS/PAYMENTS

ICDT will make the final selection of exhibitors, allocate stands according to the layout, and share the list of selected exhibitors with TDAP

RESERVATION AND LAYOUT OF THE STANDS

The organizers will provide facilitation and incentives to exhibitors, TDAP will offer complimentary facilities to all participants, including pick-up and drop-off from the airport, shuttle services, discounted hotel rates, freight forwarding agents, currency exchange, custom clearance, exhibitor passes, and free entry to sideline/cultural and informative events during the days of the exhibition, and more.

FACILITIES GRANTED TO PARTICIPANTS
